Great family campground with heated pool open until 10pm. Very friendly owners.
Jim and Anita are the best. Everyone is friendly and there's almost always something going on. Everything is clean and well maintained. There's often a nice selection of campground activities to enjoy like the 4th of July fireworks, hikes, paddle trips, field games with the kids, wagon rides in the evening on the weekend and loads more or you can just enjoy the peace and quiet of your campsite. The heated pool is the cleanest I've seen. We always like to enjoy a game of mini golf before we head home on Sunday.
This was our first trip to Breezy Meadows and it was wonderful! Nita and Jim go out of their way to make sure you enjoy yourself and feel at ease. They are ready to offer assistance with any type of question or problem (We showed up with a mechanical issue and Jim contacted a local RV repairman right away.). The bath houses are super clean. The trails are beautiful. The sites are large. And there is lots to do, from the pool, trails, mini golf, swimming, horseshoes, volley ball, tether ball, shuffle board, rec room, to the scheduled (and impromptu) activities (Jim set up an Adele concert on the projection screen in the pavilion for our family when he found out our adult kids like her.) I cannot recommend this campground enough!! The rates are very reasonable and the location is fantastic!! :)
When driving down the wooded lane we were not sure what to expect but suddenly the campground camp into view and it looked great. Welcoming and very friendly we had a most enjoyable stay and recommend Breezy Meadows for families, and everyone a real nice mix of age groups and lots to do!!
