I took my Mitsubishi to be cleaned today. The appointment process was easy and they were able to accommodate my schedule change with short notice. The car took approximately 6 hours before it was done, which is a reasonable time. I was not extremely satisfied with the service due to a lack of attention to detail. The cleaner left several dirty spots in the car and never even picked up the change container (aka the ash tray). They also failed to clean my sun visors and the mirrors with them. I would not say this service is worth $100 and I will most likely look for another detailer the next time my car needs a deep clean. I could have rented a rug doctor for $20, used my household vaccum, and purchased some cleaning supplies from Wal-Mart and I would have gotten the same result.
I went here with my 2006 Subaru impreza and I paid for a full detail and when I got my car back it was disgusting. I wiped my hand down the side of my car and there was black all over my hand. They got water inside my radio and refused to fix it! And they did something to make my airbag light come on and refuse to fix any of it! 1000 worth of damage. I'm sueing them so I will let you know how it goes but please nobody come here they will destroy your car !!
Got the full inside and out detail. Their work was amazing!!! They shampooed my suede seats, cleaned all cup holders, all leathers was treated and cleaned, carpets shampooed, got rid of a light scratch outside, cleaned my rims. It's an 80k SUV and they did an outstanding job. The whole process took 5 hours to clean add every nook and cranny was cleaned. Also they were nice enough to put all my stuff (change, car chargers, sunglasses) in a bag so I could re-organized everything. Will be taking it here from now on every six months.
I have been using these guys for a few years now and they are amazing. The price is the best around and the customer service is always kind and courteous. The way they get a car clean whether it is the quick interior or the full detail is worth every penny!
Great price, these guys did a wonderful job with my Porsche Carrera 4. The paint looks like a mirror, not a swirl to be found. I'm impressed!
