Seriously, BEST customer service EVER! The whole process was easy, it wasn't forced or uptight. Every person we interacted with had a great sense of humor and made the whole process of buying our first own couch great! The delivery guys were exceptional! They were funny and even interacted with our 5 year old, who was just as excited for this couch as I was.
OK well it is the next day we called they came and tried another box spring and when it got here it was broken two so they set us up with a brand new box springs after that the bed has been perfect.
It was a quick and easy delivery, and they were very social. Any nervousness that I had when I first walked in to look at couches, had quickly vanished when we were approached by John (I believe that was his name, I'm terrible with names) and he sat and talked with us, answered all of my questions (even though I know they were probably annoying haha) and the manager Matt was great, and really worked with us. (: So thank you for making this first experience phenomenal. We will definitely be coming here when it's time for anything else we may need.
Nice people and that were helpful. Got a bed it is not good they said any problems to call. So will be calling in the morning will keep you all informed.....
