When the items I ordered from their web site weren't available, I had to modify my order. It took three mails, half a dozen phone calls and over a month before I finally received the substitute merchandise. Then I discovered I had been charged twice -- once for the initial order, and a second time for the modified order. Since The Lamp Shop will not return my calls, now I have to contest the charge with my bank. What a waste of time!
