This was a good office back in the day - since Rich yacyshyn took over this state farm insurance office, it has messed up our policies several times and is also rude and lacking in customer service. The staff that use to make this a business to stay with has slowly left leaving behind incapable people who can't keep track of anything correctly. If you are looking for a good State Farm Office - look elsewhere!

Everyone makes mistakes. I make mistakes, State Farm makes mistakes. It happens. I paid my dues and learned a valuable lesson. But I think the most valuable lesson I learned out of the ordeal, is to never again purchase auto insurance or any other type of insurance from State Farm. State Farm consistently screwed up my policy claims with my parents, and vise versa. I went and met with them three times to sort out all the incorrect information regarding my account, my residence, my payments(particularly how much I owed in total after 3 different bills). All three of which State Farm had trouble getting correct. Also I paid yearly about 25% of my cars value, and never once claimed a payout on my car. Insurance is painful, State Farm makes it unbearable.
A great agency! Conveniently located in the middle of Concord. The agent, Rich, has a ton of experience and knowledge to share. His office is very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for any kind of insurance.
My car was hit at a gas station. I immediately called State Farm. My agent, Mark Blair, was more than helpful and walked me through the process. He went as far as to set up the conference call with the "at fault" person's insurance agency. Very helpful and thorough explanation of the process in a pinch! Thanks!
