Called to ask if my benefits are taxed. First representative had a thick accent. I could not understand him. I asked to speak with another representative. The second representative said I would have to contact the IRS and said, "Good luck." I think he could have answered my question. I think he was just being rude.
I've had to call a few times lately. One lady was very nice and helpful. Another time a man was very nice and helpful. The rest of them are like robots and won't even look up your account to answer your questions unless you ask them to specifically do this.
