Nobody wants to call a plumber... let's face it. But I've never met a guy that eases the pain like Steve Snedeker - his first priority is his customer not his bank account.. very rare in this field! You may end up "having a friend who's a plumber" ;)
I have recommended Steve to neighbors and all have had great things to say.
I've had Steve do a couple of jobs for me. Boiler tune up the first time and he was there when he said he would be there and the price was reasonable. Second time I had him extend the gas line to a new fire place insert. He showed up with permit in hand and started immediately.
Steve took weeks to get back to us for the job. His invoice was more than double his original quote, and his work was less than appealing. He never pulled permits for the work; when we asked him to pull the permits retroactively, he said he would (never did) and then stopped answering our phone calls and texts. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
