I always go through the drive thru and they are very fast! The food is always fried perfectly, it's mouthwatering just thinking about it!!
Very slow service, no staff, flore dirty but food was good.
Went to the hall street location and became so grossed out I could not even eat the food. One employee was picking chicken up with a gloved hand that I observed he also used to open the refrigerator, the oven, pour bottles, pick up other containers and wipe counters and then reached back in and again took out chicken with his same gloved hand, no tongs. My order was wrong, I got 3 buckets of cole slaw and no mac and cheese or mashed potato. I ordered all white meat chicken and half was dark meat and when I told an employee he just shrugged and did nothing. I asked the guy with the one glove if ever changes his glove and he dramatically took off the glove, washed his hands and with a smirk and a very mocking tone asked me " is this better hon?". I told several people about my experience and they all said the same ....the hall street location is disgusting and the staff simply does not care. I will never go back there but I WILL be contacting the board of health.
This location in concord by is absolutely horrible. First the cashier was so scatter brained could not even grasp what I wanted to order. Asked me 6 times if it was for hear or to go. The manager had to come and do here job just to get threw the order. And if u have track marks all in your ass atleast try to cover them up at work. Good thing I checked my order before leaving because it was completely wrong. When fixed and got home which is literally 3 mins away chicken was cold and old. This was the third chance I gave this location. Deffinently lost my business
Ran poorly. Both times I have been there it was dirty, floors and tables. First time the manager was eating out of the kitchen trays in plain few of the customers. This last time, drove 20 minutes to get there at 8:40 PM to walk in and have there manager make up an excuses not to serve us, sorry we close at 9 and only have dark chicken, not sure if you're interested. Last time we will go there.
