I was at bon ton on Saturday and I had an amazing employee alexis cash me out & was very helpful with helping me find things. Also she took time to have a conversation with me & just all around made my day. Will definitely continue to shop here ! Made it a great experience!
Use to use Bon-Ton a good bit but JC Penney and Macey's in Manchester gets me now.
Think macys but much smaller and less service yet you still have the highest prices in the new hampshire area.
Great place to shop. This location is in the mall, and separated into two locations in the mall. Women and children in one store. The other location has men and home goods. Please remember to look for coupons. Otherwise, you are going to pay more for your items then you would at other stores. Today is October 6, and yes, their Christmas items are out. Overall, their staff is courteous and friendly. There is usually a wait at the make-up counter. But when it is your turn, they are very attentive. I use estee lauder.
Found some clothing for both granddaughters - 7 & 10.. Good quality, brands they like & reasonable sale prices.
Wish, however, that there weren't so many exclusions on the coupons.
