To the Rent a Center @ Capital Shopping Center: I made attempts to handle an account for my family member by informing rental center that the account holder's place was emptied of his belongings in his absence. It was told to them if they would show me what was paid to date and what is due I would resolve the account for the family member who is no longer available to handle their own acct. the rental center declined.
