I've stayed at this hotel probably a dozen times in the past will never be staying again and will be contacting corporate to make sure something is done about the lack of customer service from not only the manager but from the general manager.
Upon me not being able to get in touch with her my girlfriend had also tried and was successful to which the general manager offered to refund the $15 pet friendly fee.
The Comfort Inn in Concord is a great Hotel option. There are clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and if you hit the lobby at just the right time there's fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!
The location was great, the room was a good size, not too loud. Bed was very firm, pool closed the day we came in. Room was newer, but I didn't think the bathroom was very clean. The hotel was a good value for the price, staff was friendly, and breakfast while limited was adequate. 4/5 for overall quality for price.
When I told the general manager that I had only received one missed call from her in the weeks of me trying to contact her she reassured me that she had tried to call twice. Excuse me for minimalizing her effort in righting this situation.
I was told there was no fleas in the room because they did a "flea test" which consisted of the scientific method of placing a wet paper towel on the floor. Due to the fact that no fleas decided to hang out on the paper towel apparently my dog got fleas somewhere else.
This stay consisted of two pairs of sorry women's underwear under the mattress, being laughed off by management when the situation was brought to them, and $200 in vet bills upon departure due to my dog being covered in fleas.
Great value. Very clean, our room was quiet. Located seconds off the highway and was great for our purposes. Mattress was incredibly firm, but you didn't feel the springs which was good. Good sized fridge, microwave and tv in room. WiFi worked, wasn't super fast but was adequate.
Great location off I 93. Close to a few restaurants. Breakfast is included. Pool is a really nice plus. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable
The manager told me the general manager was aware of the situation yet it took weeks of me consistently calling before I finally got in touch with her.
Was home for a visit for 3 days which was spent cleaning my dog and bringing it back and forth to vet appointments.
Friendly staff upon arrival. Only good thing to be said. Have stayed here many times years ago and never had any issues.
There are two other hotels on the same street make sure you drive right past this one.
