The rooms were decently sized and there were plenty of modern comforts. We did have an issue with one of the rooms we rented having the shower not work. The room they moved us into was fine however it was on a completely different floor. The restaurant had a very nice look and feel and served a decent, complimentary breakfast for us on account of the issues we had. The location of the hotel was nice imo since I enjoy a good downtown view of the old streets and buildings. All in all the stay was OK.
Service and team were friendly and helpful; greeted you with a smile. They are currently remodeling, making front entrance not accessible which is okay for someone that doesn't have physical restrictions. It's in a perfect location about 1 block from downtown shops which are so fun to visit!
Newly renovated- furniture, carpet, etc has all been refreshed and looks like new. Location is excellent- a very short walk to main street where there are a number of cute shops and great restaurants to eat. We always stay here on NASCAR weekends; only about 15-20 minutes to the track.
I went there for a professional development conference. The room we were in was very nice. Coffee, tea and hot water were provided and they even had ice water pitchers on the tables. The room was spacious and not cramped, and the tables and chairs were set up in a way that everyone could watch the presenter.
The conference was is spacious and accommodating. The location is easy to find. They are currently doing some remodeling which can cause it to be noisy.
